Pleasant floral aromas with hints of green apple and mineral with a soft, round texture and flavours of apple, pear, citrus and a slight bitterness. Would benefit from a little more acidity, but quite a good wine as the vines are only 3 years old. Shows promise for future vintages. (GB - Tidings, February 2011)
Lovely fresh aromas of apple, honey and peach with a mouth-filling texture, loads of fruit and hints of almond and white pepper character and a citrusy acidity. A wonderful Pinot Grigo and great match with poultry, pork and shellfish. (GB - Tidings, June 2011)
Clean and fresh with aromas and flavours of apple, citrus and pear with a crisp minerality and refreshing finish. Very quaffable and great with summer salads and white meats. (GB - Tidings, April 2012)
